These provide an avenue for bakers to trial their own specific product in the Serpentine, obligation-free.
Our test bakeries are located in Chicago, USA and in Sydney, Australia. Our test ovens are founded on hybrid radiant and convection heating systems, and feature many of the other options available with the Serpentine oven. Our doors are open and our test baker is ready!
