These provide an avenue for bakers to trial their own specific product in the Serpentine, obligation free.Our test bakeries are located in Chicago, USA and in Sydney, Australia. Our test ovens (founded on hybrid radiant and direct fired convection heating systems) demonstrate our heating options and feature many of the other options available with the Serpentine oven. Our doors are open and our test baker is ready!
