Baking benefits

Auto-Bake’s multi-level Serpentine oven bakes gently and evenly. Accurate zone temperatures guarantee that a perfect bake is achieved. While customised recipe development in collaboration with Auto-Bake's own master bakers and repeatable process control ensures maximum ROI.
Even bake
Products have uniform colouring and rising across the pan, courtesy of Auto-Bake’s compact design, full-width heating and temperature-controlled heating zones.

Fast product changeover
Product changeovers are facilitated by the Serpentine oven’s easy to remove ‘clipless’ pans, or use of optional ‘free’ pan ovens.

Cakes to cookies

Adjustable and flexible in-feed means the line can deposit muffins one day and wire-cut cookies the next. Cupcakes or cereal bars: choices are easy to change as inventory dictates.

Continuous production

All equipment such as greasing, paper case de-nesting, depositing, decorating, optional cooling units, injection and de-panning is fully synchronised.
